دیدن فیلم س.ک.

LoL. What did you expect? I thought whoever went to see the movie willingly, would love it.
Hesam what do you mean by willingly? Anybody has forced you to watch it?:D
:-) No, I have not seen the movie.
My point is that if you are not a reviewer (who has to see the movie) or the unfortunate boyfriend (who also has to see the movie) then you are almost certainly a fan and the fans will love the movie no matter what.
Obviously I am a counterexample to your logic:) So it's not working
So you are saying you are a fan but you did not like the movie? I am not so sure that you are a counterexample, after all compared to the massive pool of fans you constitute a "set of measure zero"! :-P
Btw you did not answer me, what aspect of the movie disappointed you? From the reviews I gather that they did not deviate from the original concept which is basically an orgy of hollow Materialism that appeals to women (not that anything is wrong with that).
1. It is too long for a movie, easily it could have been shorter.
2. It has a very simple Hollywood type scenario, first everything is good, in the middle everything is getting screwed up and at last a happily ever after ending, without any new ideas to break at least some rules of this simple plan.
3. The original concept for me is not "an orgy of hollow materialism", in the series it is more about relationships, how they are, how different people are able to see it, enjoy it, etc.
4. Btw what is this hollow Materialism that appeals to women?
OK, it seems that we have completely different views, I thought real relationships were much different from the ones depicted in that show (or most of TV shows for that matter).
To answer your question I must admit with the gender lines blurred it is very hard to associate something with gender and not go wrong. In any case here is a clichéd example: it is hard to imagine a man watching a show and be excited about the fashion choices of one of characters. Now if you want to see an "orgy of hollow materialism that appeals to men" you should probably try "Entourage".
what a discussion! Very serious!
As i was sipping my $200 frappamochiano, wearing my new pink $1800 (put name of some expensive brand here) slides, and I was trying to look like I am thinking about the most sophisticated human problems, I was wondering ....
چرا من هیچوقت ازش خوشم نیامد؟ چرا همه دخترهای دیگر خوششان آمد؟
what's wrong with me?
:)
I thought this was really good (you may think it is grotesque):

PS: how can I post "clickable links in the comments??
@Faezeh I have a Canadian friend who once told me "have you ever watched s.e.x and the city? it is like the Bible":D
I don't know why you don't like it, some don't like it because they think these women's lives are too shallow(specially because they are almost always talking about their relationships), but the point is series focus is on this part. You see what I am trying to say?
@Hesam, no, as you said I don't like it.
For links you can use html tag "a".
I generally like "artistic destruction" (don't know a better phrase for it). Here is a more serious example: http://www.aghdashloo.com/ocidentals8.htm (thanks for the tip).
Btw how do you see your link section? My machine does not display most of the links properly.
These are better.
I use Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.14 and everything seems fine, what is your browser?
